Commercial Real Estate Development Accountant - Top Developer

We have an immediate need for a Real Estate Accountant in the Dallas area. This is a permanent opportunity with a real estate powerhouse.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of Accounting experience
• Bachelors in Accounting is REQUIRED
• Experience in Real Estate or Property Accounting is REQUIRED
• Experience with Yardi software is REQUIRED
• Ability to analyze financial packages and monthly reconciliations
• Experience with Timberline is a plus, but not required
