The individual who qualifies for this position will be an aggressive and ambitious entrepreneur with business development and sales experience who is looking to build his or her own business.  The most successful agents throughout the history of our firm have proven to be coachable, persistent, goals oriented, and understand the importance of business planning, prospecting, and developing client relationships.  


Candidates must have a college degree, 2+ years of sales experience, and be self-motivated, aggressive and entrepreneurial by nature.  In addition, the candidate must hold an active Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license, or agree to obtain one within six weeks of joining the firm.

Responsibilities include:  database research, prospecting, client meetings and presentations, negotiating, property underwriting, financial analysis, deal making and transaction management.
