Candidates must have a college degree, 2+ years of sales
experience, and be self-motivated, aggressive and entrepreneurial by
nature. In addition, the candidate must hold an active Real Estate
Salesperson or Broker license, or agree to obtain one within six weeks
of joining the firm.
Responsibilities include: database research, prospecting, client
meetings and presentations, negotiating, property underwriting,
financial analysis, deal making and transaction management.
