Commercial Real Estate Associate

We are looking to add a new team member in the role of:

Commercial Real Estate Associate

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a network of clients and prospects, through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
• Maintain a strong, active presence in the community.
• Assist clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties.
• Fulfill marketing duties: promoting properties, arranging viewings, and developing advertising materials.
• Prepare and present detailed property analysis, including financial modeling and valuation.
• Negotiate and structure deals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Manage transaction processes, including contract preparation, due diligence, and closing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property values, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other brokers and team members to achieve company goals.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Commercial Real Estate License: will be required to obtain, but not required to be considered.
• Drive and passion to create a successful career in the commercial real estate industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong networking, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to multi-task.
• Adaptability to new technology, systems, and processes, with proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work within deadlines and timelines, and to be punctual and prepared.
• Ability to keep confidential records and client information.
• Class 5 Driver’s License is required.
• Accountable to all professional standards and codes of conduct as described by the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
