Compensation: Up to $100,000 + Medical, Dental, Vision, and PTO

Our client, a long-standing, family-owned independent insurance agency in South Jersey, is seeking a Commercial Lines Manager to lead a team of 8 Account Managers. The agency is known for its strong culture, commitment to work-life balance, and nearly 100 years of client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team servicing a diverse book across industries and coverage lines

• Support retention and growth of commercial accounts, including condo associations

• Collaborate with producers and carriers on renewals, pricing, and service delivery

• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal procedures

• Contribute to departmental planning, reporting, and performance tracking

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required

• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, including 2+ in a leadership role

• Strong coverage knowledge and team management skills

• CIC or CPCU a plus
