The Commercial Liens CSR/ Account Manager works as part of the account management team assisting clients with service needs, making changes to existing accounts, prepares commercial lines proposals, processes certificates and endorsements.
• Must have an active CA Property & Casualty license (designations highly preferred)
• 2+ years’ experience working with a commercial lines book of business in an independent agency setting
• Strong computer skills and coverage knowledge
• Experience completing Acord forms and submissions to carriers, processing endorsements, handling renewal reviews and communicating with insureds as well as Producers, underwriters and team members
• Self-motivated with a client focused approach
• Experience working with various risks (example: agriculture, construction, retail, etc)
