Commercial Lines Associate

A rapidly growing independent insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team! The Commercial Lines Account Manager should be able to maintain a large, diversified book of business in team environment where the sky is the limit.

As a member of our Commercial Lines Department, this individual would be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following:

• Managing a book of commercial lines business
• Marketing new and renewal commercial lines business
• Growing and developing good working relationships with carriers, customers, and teammates
• Issuing certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and other proofs
• Reviewing and inputting information into the agency management system, AMS 360
• Processing incoming policies, endorsements, audits, and other correspondence
• Assisting customers with filing claims
• Billing agency billed invoices, obtaining premium finance quotes
• Creating Executive Summaries, Proposals and other spreadsheets as required
• Providing support to department manager as needed

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Pay: Based on Experience
