Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager -Small Business

Location: Baltimore, MD - Onsite (Hybrid potential)

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)

Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a diverse book of small business accounts and deliver exceptional service to their commercial clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily service needs for a small business book, including endorsements, renewals, audits, and coverage questions

• Work directly with clients to review coverages and help identify insurance needs

• Gather and analyze exposure data to prepare submissions and quotes

• Oversee the renewal process, ensuring timelines are met and accounts are proactively managed

• Prepare proposals and present coverage options to support retention and growth

• Handle post-bind activity including policy documentation, certificates, and coordination with carriers

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of Commercial Lines experience (small business preferred)

• P&C license or ability to obtain

• Strong client service and organizational skills

• Experience with Applied Epic is a plus
