Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager / Account Executive

Location: Baltimore, MD - Onsite or Hybrid

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)

Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a diverse book of business and deliver exceptional service to their commercial clients.

Book Details:

• Annual book size: About $3M in premium

• Account premiums range from $25K to $1M

• Mix of industries: general commercial, property, construction, restaurants, E&O (white-collar), and blue-collar businesses

Responsibilities:

• Manage and service assigned commercial accounts with a focus on retention and client satisfaction

• Handle renewals, marketing, policy changes, and coverage reviews

• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

• Collaborate with producers and carriers to ensure timely, accurate policy delivery

• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty license

• 3+ years of commercial lines account management experience

• Strong knowledge of carrier systems and commercial coverages

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
