About the Role:

Join a dynamic and growing independent insurance agency as a Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM). We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a middle-market book of business with accounts ranging from $25,000 to $250,000 in premium (average ~$75,000). If you have strong expertise in Applied Epic and thrive in a client-focused role, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service an established commercial lines book, ensuring high client retention.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy reviews.
• Build relationships with clients and underwriters to provide optimal coverage solutions.
• Assist with marketing and remarketing accounts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures and carrier guidelines.
• Utilize Applied Epic to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Proven ability to service middle-market accounts ($25K–$250K premium range).
• Proficiency in Applied Epic is required (mandatory for remote candidates).
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and carriers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Insurance licensing (P&C) is required.
