This is a newly formed organization made up of a group of successful independent window dealers in Florida. The goal is to become a full service “Glass Company” catering to the multi-family, national tract home builders, single family contractors, and commercial glazing contractor markets. The company has set a goal of becoming the largest independent window/glass retailer in the state by the end of the year. The Role
As a Commercial Estimator, you will prepare accurate, competitive estimates for commercial window, glass, and glazing projects. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, performing takeoffs, coordinating subcontractor bids, and developing complete proposal packages while supporting project teams with budgeting and value engineering. Candidates need 5+ years of estimating experience in glass or related trades, strong window and door product knowledge, Florida building code familiarity, and proficiency with BlueBeam or similar software. The ideal hire is analytical, detail driven, tech savvy, and thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant growth opportunity.
