In this role, you will be responsible for opening, managing, and closing both local and national commercial real estate escrow transactions, guiding each file from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities

Escrow Management

Open and close a high volume of local and national commercial real estate transaction files.

Manage all steps of the escrow process, including preparing documentation, coordinating with relevant parties, and ensuring timely, accurate closings.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders, resolving any issues that may arise throughout the process.

Business Development Support

Participate in strategic business development initiatives to expand the company’s commercial escrow services.

Work alongside management and dedicated business development staff to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other industry professionals.

Identify potential new markets, develop marketing strategies, and contribute to client outreach programs, as time permits.

Company Expansion Efforts

Contribute to the growth of the company’s footprint in Arizona and other states by introducing best practices and ensuring seamless operational standards.

Leverage industry expertise and professional networks to increase brand visibility and market share in new regions.

Recruiting & Team Building

Assist in identifying and recruiting high-caliber professionals to join the escrow department or other areas of the organization.

Help integrate new hires, including those who bring established client relationships, to strengthen the company’s overall service offerings.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Commercial Escrow Officer or in a similar role handling complex commercial real estate transactions.

Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of commercial escrow procedures, title processes, and relevant regulatory requirements at both state and federal levels.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines.
