The Commercial Escrow Assistant supports an assigned Closer in managing complex commercial real estate transactions, working as a cohesive team to ensure a smooth closing process. This role requires extensive experience in handling documentation, managing communication with multiple stakeholders, and meeting the demands of commercial closings and title insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with parties involved in commercial transactions
- Open title files, initiate searches, and distribute title commitments
- Prepare standard closing documents
- Review Commercial Purchase Agreements
- Develop and maintain closing checklists
- Review title objection letters, closing documents, and instructions
- Manage daily file maintenance
- Track extensive document and signature page deliveries
- Assemble legal documents according to closing instructions
- Prioritize tasks amid shifting deadlines and demands
- Oversee closing calendar
- Complete dashboard tasks punctually
- Consistently meet assigned performance metrics
- Participate in regular team meetings and complete related tasks
- Exhibit core values in daily activities
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Title Commitments
- Reliable follow-through
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with document recording standards and notary requirements
- Detail-oriented and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple transactions
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial title insurance and/or commercial real estate
- Experience with title software (e.g., Ramquest) is preferred but not required
