Job Summary:

We are looking for a Commercial CSR with at least 1 year experience working in a commercial brokerage. This individual will be a self-motivated problem solver with great communication and organizational skills. We need someone who is a quick learner and who is eager to grow with the business.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and review new leads while collecting basic information about the client's needs
- Answer client questions regarding coverages, policies and provide general information
- Receive client payments, upload policy and client information (EZlynx) and bind insurance packages.
- Serve both new and existing policies as needed (COI, endorsements, add/remove vehicle and drivers)

Job Requirements:
- Active 4-40 insurance license
- At least 1 year within the trucking insurance industry
- Fluent in English; Spanish speaking preferred

This position is full time hourly with benefits including dental, health, paid time off and vision.
