Position Overview
A leading national title insurance provider is expanding its national commercial services operation and is seeking an experienced sales professional to join a dynamic team dedicated to exceptional service in the real estate services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable sales of commercial title products and services.

  • Develop new client relationships while strengthening existing accounts.

  • Promote national commercial services by building a referral network, generating new leads, and conducting sales calls.

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on key accounts and sources of new or repeat business.

  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth closings and provide expert guidance throughout the process.

  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities.

  • Prepare and analyze regular sales reports.

  • Participate in professional and trade associations to maintain visibility and deepen market knowledge.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record of success in business-to-business sales (minimum 3–5 years).

  • High energy level, results- and people-oriented, assertive and persuasive.

  • Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency with technology and social media networking.

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.

  • Preferred: knowledge of real estate and title insurance, existing relationships in the commercial real estate or legal fields, and/or a law degree.
