Compensations: $90K-95K (DOE) plus benefits (after the 3-month probation period) and performance based bonus

Main Job duties:
This position supports the LNG Strategy and Logistics Division of A global natural gas company. The role involves managing investments in the LNG Project and optimizing operations to maximize returns.



- Analyze the current status of the LNG project quantitatively and qualitatively from the shareholder perspective, identify issues, and find and implement solutions to these issues to improve/protect investment value
- Understand the current state of the value chain related to the LNG project within Parent company, identify issues, and find and implement solutions
- As a shareholder, the company is required to make all kinds of decisions in relation to the LNG project. This position is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the content of project decisions and shareholder resolutions to confirm their validity, preparing internal decision packages for use by internal decision-makers, briefing them, and obtaining approval. This position is also responsible for implementing these decisions by the specified deadline
- In order to achieve the results expected in the above work, please note that the following are required
- Quantitative evaluation may also require evaluation from a financial or accounting perspective. In addition, modeling on spreadsheet will be required for such analysis
- There are various contracts related to this project (EPC, Joint Venture Agreement, Transportation Service Agreement, Tolling Agreement, etc.), and a deep and accurate understanding of these is required for fulfilling this role
- Working with a wide range of internal and external partners from different countries and cultures, and will be required to communicate appropriately with these people, understand their values and constraints, proactively think about and implement appropriate measures and approaches, and realize the values that the company is aiming for
- Required to monitor the external environment that could affect the business, and to analyze and report on it
- As a junior member of the team, may also be required to perform peripheral jobs other than those listed above
- Required to participate in various internal and external meetings, gather information, address the company’s position, and report to the supervisor
- This is a large-scale project, and the company places great importance on teamwork based on cooperative relationships. Expected to be transparent, to listen to the opinions of others without hesitation, and to have a mindset that enhances the performance of work as a team rather than as an individual
- There will also be opportunities for domestic and international business trips. In addition, as projects operate 24 hours a day and many of the partners in the project and value chain are located overseas, there may be times when required to work outside of regular hours in the early morning or late evening, during holiday

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required

- At least 3 years of work experience (experience in oil and gas companies, investment banks, and consulting firms is a plus, but not limited to these)
- Experience in investment management and modeling is a plus
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting are a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, understanding and building quantitative evaluation models
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, creating effective slides
- Ability to understand extensive business contracts and business structures
- Native-level English ability
- Able to work with a team-oriented, collaborative approach
- Willing to work in a multinational, multicultural environment
