Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Account Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, understand client needs, and collaborate effectively across teams to achieve both client and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs, business objectives, and market trends to offer tailored solutions and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the delivery of services/products, ensuring client satisfaction, quality, and compliance with agreed timelines and budgets.
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services/products.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient execution of services.
- Monitor client performance and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), account health, and opportunities for improvement.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly, ensuring their expectations are met.
- Assist in contract negotiations, renewals, and managing the overall contractual relationship.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients innovative solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial account management, client service, or sales.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with CRM software and other account management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics specific to our industry (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications:
