Position: Collections Officer

Location: Tampa Bay Area (In-house position)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:15 am - 5:300 pm

Hourly: Starts at $16-18 an hour with overtime

Benefits (after 90 days):

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Reliability
• Experience with collections
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with collection laws and regulations
• Clerical skills and proactive conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, etc.)
• The ability to reconcile accounts
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
