Our client is a well established 5* International Chain Hotel Group.
This Cluster role will oversee a total of +/- 700 keys across multiple luxury properties with substantial F&B and events operations in Jakarta.
This role will be reporting directly to each General Manager.
For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.
Profile
• Experience working at 5* luxury hotels
• Extensive experience in city hotels
• Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties
• Indonesia experience is a plus
• Asia experience is a must
• Strong current DOSM in a single hotel will be also considered
• Strong international relationships
• Clear understanding of revenue/yield management techniques
• Strong understanding of luxury customer behavior
• Able to find and develop new potential business sources for specific markets
• Wide network of contacts within the hospitality industry
• Diverse knowledge of the online marketing and distribution environment
• Strong effective communicator
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills, hands-on approach to business, as team needs a “leader by example”
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Outstanding selling and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Well presented, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Good owners-relationship skills
• Strong administrative, leadership and organizational skills
• Result oriented
• Computer literate
