Functions and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain the Cloud Operations
• Deploy and maintain services in Windows, Linux and containerized environments
• Partner with operational leaders and management on outages, providing technical and subject matter expertise
• Register and maintain domain registrations, DNS, and SSL certificates
• Install Infrastructure application patches/fixes and plan/implement upgrades
• Monitor server and application performance, resource utilization, and security/compliance
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, infrastructure upgrades, and resource optimization
• Create, maintain, and use scripts to automate routine tasks
• Research and recommend innovations and where possible automated approaches to the cloud environments
• Strong understanding of application, server and, network security
• Perform advanced problem determination and root-cause-analysis
• Prepare disaster recovery plans
• Participate in on-call rotation

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with enterprise-level web/SaaS applications within Azure or AWS
• Automation technologies within Azure or AWS
• Certificate management and cipher suites
• Understanding of high availability methodologies

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Professional cloud certification(s) preferred
