Seeking a Clinical Supervisor - BCBA, to join a center-based ABA facility in Wichita, KS. As a passionate and experienced BCBA, you will play a key role in overseeing the quality of our ABA programs, contributing to program implementation, and providing clinical programming guidance to your assigned team members. We are looking for a hands-on professional who is committed to our mission of making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism.

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the quality of ABA programs and ensure effective implementation.
- Provide clinical programming guidance to a dedicated team of professionals.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address individual needs and goals.
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
Work Schedule:
- Center based, Monday – Friday schedule
- 120 billable hours per month with an opportunity to earn more based on additional hours
- Flexible hours with the option of choosing your own schedule.
