Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist – near the coast

Seeking an Clinical Pharmacist for the ER working with a hospital-based team in east-central Delaware. With access to trauma teams, cutting-edge protocols, and meaningful patient impact, this role is vital in supporting critical decision-making when every second counts.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Delaware licensed Pharmacist (or able to obtain), BLS, ACLS, PALS
• 2+ years hospital experience with clinical training
• BPS Board Certified, Emergency/Critical Care Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD preferred

What You’ll Be Doing

• Participate in daily rounds and pharmacy consults
• Review and validate med orders for compliance and safety
• Provide clinical decision support and drug info in real-time
• Respond to emergent patient care needs
