Clinical Nurse Coordinator - West Palm Beach, FL

StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with one of the largest heath care groups in the United States to assist them in recruiting a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) RN to join their Operating Room team in West Palm Beach, FL. In this leadership role, you will oversee high-quality, patient-centered care, coordinate staff workflow, and ensure smooth admissions and discharges. The CNC plays a key role in mentoring staff, managing resources, and fostering a team-oriented environment to enhance patient outcomes.

Position Highlights:

• Unit Details: 5-6 OR suites, 10-15 cases per day
• Specialties: Robotics, Ortho-Spine, Orthopedics, OBGYN
• Compensation: $39.92 - $56.92 per hour (based on experience)
• Call Pay: $4.50 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time, rotating weekends

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Florida or Compact Licensure (must meet FL requirements)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Preferred: Advanced certifications (CEN, TNCC, etc.)
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Note: Candidates with Surgery Center experience will not be considered
