7 On / 7 Off Full-Time - Nights Southern Oregon

I'm partnering with a well-respected regional medical center in the Pacific Northwest seeking an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist to join its collaborative night shift team.

This is a 7 nights on / 7 nights off position, allowing you to enjoy extended time away from work while maintaining full-time employment and an excellent compensation package.

What You'll Do

As part of the inpatient pharmacy team, you'll:

• Verify and dispense medications safely and accurately.
• Provide clinical pharmacotherapy recommendations to physicians and care teams.
• Review medication profiles for safety, efficacy, and appropriate dosing.
• Participate in emergency response situations, including Code Blue events.
• Prepare and oversee IV medications and sterile compounds as needed.
• Serve as a trusted drug information resource for physicians, nurses, and other clinicians.
• Utilize technology including Pyxis and electronic medical records to optimize medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional patient care.

We're Looking For

• Current Oregon Pharmacist license (or eligibility through reciprocity)
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced inpatient environment
• Passion for patient care and working as part of a collaborative healthcare team
