Job Description
We are currently hiring a Clinical Coordinator for a Mental Health and Substance Abuse program, in Upper Darby, PA.
In this role the Clinical Coordinator will have the responsibility of the day-to-day functioning of the mental health and substance abuse program. Duties include supervising program staff and ensuring that services are provided that promote client recovery.

Responsibilities:
- Orient all new program staff to the agency policy and procedures, the program’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and licensure/regulatory/contractual demands of the program..
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and 90-day probationary evaluations.
- Maintain an effective work schedule to provide full program coverage and productivity.
- Maintain program compliance with all applicable licensing standards, contractual requirements and all agency policies.
- Possess knowledge of all laws, regulations, contractual requirements and agency policies and procedures governing the operation of their program.
- Conduct continual evaluation of program and develop strategies to implement performance improvement activities as indicated.
- Develop formal proposals to meet developing and ongoing program needs.
- Assist supervisor in evaluating program effectiveness and developing annual program plan.
- Provide direct supervision to program staff, individually and group-based, on a regular basis.
- Collect outcome data and assess efficacy of program services.
- Maintain 24-hour availability to program staff and management for emergency consultation.
- Provide direct service to clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in a Clinical Behavioral Health discipline
- Three years of post-degree employment experience in the behavioral health field, with one year of increasing supervisory responsibility.
