Clinical Coordinator - Rehab Services

Salary: $83,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patient care needs.
  • Plan, administer, and direct patient care services using evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs to ensure the delivery of quality care.
  • Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-through rehabilitation programs.
  • Maintain and manage therapy equipment and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
  • Contribute to quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement.
  • Participate actively in interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
  • Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona.
  • Experience in handling adult and geriatric populations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Compliance with state and federal legislation related to health care delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role within a rehab setting.
  • Advanced specialization or certifications related to rehabilitation therapy.
  • Proven track record of program development and quality improvement in a healthcare setting.
