Salary: $83,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patient care needs.
- Plan, administer, and direct patient care services using evidence-based practices.
- Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs to ensure the delivery of quality care.
- Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-through rehabilitation programs.
- Maintain and manage therapy equipment and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
- Contribute to quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement.
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
- Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona.
- Experience in handling adult and geriatric populations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Compliance with state and federal legislation related to health care delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role within a rehab setting.
- Advanced specialization or certifications related to rehabilitation therapy.
- Proven track record of program development and quality improvement in a healthcare setting.
