Job Summary:

 

  • The Clinic Nursing Manager is responsible for overseeing quality control issues and supervising back clinical office staff at our Rural Health Clinic. Performs or facilitates competency testing for back office clinical staff annually and upon hire, and handles regulatory issues in a timely fashion.
  • Oversees daily operations and responsibilities of patient flow. Position encompasses care of patients from intake through checkout. Assistance to physicians or Mid-level provider, telephone triage, chart organization, and care of equipment and the environment.
  • Works collaboratively with the Patient Access Supervisor.
  • Must be RN licensed in state of CA
  • Clinic or ambulatory experience
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred
