Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC), a rapidly-growing, non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system, has an exciting opportunity for the newly defined position of Primary Care Clinic Director. Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has been retained to conduct this key search.

Hospital: CRMC provides a full continuum of services, including family medicine, hospital care, specialty care, outpatient services and senior living (apartments, assisted-living, memory care). Care is provided thru facilities in Crosby, Baxter and Longville. In response to rapid growth (net patient revenues have grown from $89M to $162M between 2014 and 2017), CRMC has just announced a $13M expansion, as well as breaking ground in June on a new clinic in Breezy Point. CRMC serves approximately 30,000 people in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes area.

Opportunity: The Clinic Director is responsible for administrative and operational oversight of the primary care clinic located in Crosby. The provider compliment includes 13 Physicians (10 family and three internal medicine) and three Physician Assistants. The providers operate with CRMC under a PSA. A nursing manager and nursing staff (approximately 40) are CRMC employees and report directly under this position.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is one who has at least five years of previous clinic leadership experience (preferably in primary care), an EMR aptitude, can manage projects, is very organized and has excellent physician relations skills. A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance or related field is required, with a master’s preferred.
