Job Description
Client Summary:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Mission: Make fertility treatments more accessible and affordable.
- Covers a wide range of fertility-related medical services.
- Provides premium member services like bill pay management and personalized RN care coaching.
- Aims to remove financial and logistical barriers to help individuals and couples grow their families.
- Own and grow a territory of up to 50 fertility clinic partners
- Drive strong referral growth and adoption of the product set
- Conduct in-person visits, trainings, presentations, and Lunch & Learns to drive engagement and adoption
- Build strong relationships with clinic staff, physicians, and administrators with the goal of increasing patient application volume and achieve monthly and quarterly territory targets
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing partner clinics
- Onboard new clinic partners and support successful program adoption
- Maintain accurate CRM data and manage territory activity in Salesforce
- Partner cross-functionally with provider support, marketing, care teams, and sales to deliver a seamless partner and patient experience
- Represent at industry conferences and regional events
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of account management, territory sales, or healthcare partnership experience. Fertility industry experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets and driving territory growth
- Demonstrated success managing a large, multi-stakeholder book of business
- Strong ability to build rapport, earn trust, and grow deep partner relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (in person and virtual)
- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
