Our client is seeking a Client Support Associate to support their senior investment team. This role values collaboration, strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and offers autonomy for individuals who take ownership of their work.

This is an opportunity to join a growing, Milwaukee-based investment firm focused on institutional strategies and responsible investing. The team operates in a highly collaborative environment across both wealth and asset management, and partners with national custodians.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate new account setup and onboarding across custodial platforms including Schwab, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, and State Street.
  • Manage documentation and operational workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all client-related processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reporting and quarterly deliverables for institutional clients.
  • Serve as a liaison between institutional clients, custodians, and the internal investment team.
  • Coordinate calendars, travel logistics, and meeting scheduling for senior investment professionals.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, as well as firm events.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across both asset management and wealth management teams.
  • Support day-to-day operational workflows and provide backup coverage for operations leadership when needed.
  • Maintain organized office operations and assist with overall team coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, custodial requirements, and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, investment operations, or client service roles preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Schwab, Fidelity, or other custodial platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with a team.
  • Strong technology aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems.
