We have an opportunity for a detail-oriented, client-focused Client Service Associate (CSA) to join a collaborative wealth management team in Atlanta.

This is a non-sales role designed for a professional who thrives on organization, precision, and delivering best-in-class client service within a boutique, high-touch RIA environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support client meetings through preparation of agendas, reports, and follow-up action items
  • Participate in client calls and meetings as a secondary resource, providing documentation and task tracking
  • Respond to client requests with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism
  • Assist with account openings, transfers, cashiering, and other custodian-related processes
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems (Salesforce, Orion, ShareFile, etc.)
  • Collaborate with advisors and investment staff to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
  • 0–3 years of financial services or client service experience preferred (RIA or custodian background a plus)
  • FINRA Series 65 not required, but willingness to pursue industry learning encouraged
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with polished verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Technically proficient; familiarity with platforms such as Fidelity, Schwab, Orion, eMoney, or Salesforce helpful
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

This is an In-Office only position that offers base salary + annual bonus opportunity + comprehensive benefits package.
