Your primary role is to provide remarkable service to clients in the setup, and maintenance of their accounts and to support your lead advisor. You will manage client onboarding, preparing paperwork, preparing for client meetings, billing, and trading.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead Advisor.
- Prepare client paperwork and agendas/deliverables for client meetings.
- Manage client cash, money movements, trading, rebalancing, and tax-loss harvesting.
- Prepare quarterly reports and run quarterly billing process.
- Build collaborative relationships with service providers (Fidelity, Schwab, Orion, etc.)
- Prepare tax backup, organizers, and review returns during tax season
- Manage annual RMD, QCD, and capital gains distributions.
- Update client data
- Familiarity with: Redtail, Orion, Eclipse, Box, Right Capital, ProFx.
A Bachelor’s degree and a strong understanding of the evidence-based investment approach are required. Series 65 is required within 3 months of start – the firm covers the cost of prep materials. The firm will support you in earning your CFP® designation (expected within 3 years of the start date).
