The Client Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving client engagement. This role includes managing client communication, overseeing project delivery, and coordinating with internal teams to address client needs and ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for client communications.
o Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback.
Project Coordination:
o Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services aligned with client expectations.
o Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Account Growth:
o Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling, coordinating with sales and project teams to present new services and solutions to clients.
o Monitor client accounts for renewal and retention opportunities, ensuring a proactive approach to account management.
Problem Resolution:
o Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and swift response to challenges.
o Document and report client issues to improve internal processes and prevent future issues.
