Client Experience Coordinator – Digital Marketing Agency (Ottawa-based or Remote)
We're working with a growing digital marketing agency that helps clients—from start-ups to global brands—drive real results through paid media, content, SEO, and marketing automation.
They’re looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to join their team and act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. In this role, you’ll ensure campaigns align with client goals, timelines are met, and communication is seamless from onboarding to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing strategic direction and building strong relationships.
- Translate client objectives into actionable briefs and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns.
- Oversee the client experience from onboarding through to final deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Review and approve final assets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and goals.
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience in a client-facing role within a marketing, digital, or project coordination environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) and performance data analysis.
- Marketing background and Google certifications are a plus.
