About Our Client:
Our client, a client-focused utility company in Vaughan, is hiring an Client Coordinator to join their fast growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise between the client and the company to ensure seamless integration of services being provided to the client
- Maintain a strong ongoing relationship with the client, building customer loyalty and fostering long-term client relationships
- Provide proactive communication and enable quick responses to client inquiries, service enhancements and government initiatives
Qualifications:
- University Degree or College Diploma
- 1-3 years’ of customer service or administration experience
- Strong interest in providing exceptional customer service
- Highly organized with strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office computer application (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable to travel within GTA (reimbursements will be made)
