Job Description:

  • Patient curbside pre-registration
  • Facilitate vehicle flow at testing centers to improve client experience
  • Minimize traffic inconvenience for neighbors
  • Establish efficient workflow of traffic using traffic control devices as needed
  • Non-verbal communication with drivers to maintain flow of traffic around sites
  • Monitor traffic behavior and/or flow to ensure safety is maintained at all times
  • Effectively communicate with coworkers and conduct traffic flow
  • Provide patients on-site assistance with all questions or concerns they may have
  • Perform tasks needed for proper start-up and close-up

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED
  • Knowledge of computer software
  • Knowledge of different types of testing offered at the worksite
  • Situational and environmental awareness
  • Patient and empathetic
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent listening/communication skills
  • Ability to take direction from management
  • MUST HAVE OPEN Full-Time availability. This includes mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
  • Must be a fan of the great outdoors! Why? Our sites are outdoors and operate rain or shine. MUST BE ABLE to work outdoors in all weather conditions!
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk for long periods of time
  • Must have reliable transportation to report to and from worksite
  • Be a team player and have the ability to work independently if needed
You may be around patients who have contracted COVID-19. This means you will be at risk of being infected, however, we will provide all necessary PPE and training to avoid such events from occurring.
