Our client is seeking a Clerical Assistant for the period February 4, 2026, to April 3, 2026.

Scope of Services / Key Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking a Clerical Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across various functions. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with sourcing quotations, preparing purchase orders, goods received notes, certificates of work, and reconciling invoices.

  • Providing general administrative support, including relief receptionist duties, greeting visitors, and handling mail and packages.

  • Coordinating mail dispatch, deliveries, driver schedules, and staff service requests via the CS Portal.

  • Supporting the planning and execution of events, training programs, meetings, and room setup.

  • Assisting with inventory updates, staff distribution lists, travel records, uniform fittings, and maintaining relevant databases.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong organizational and clerical skills.

  • Ability to multitask and provide reliable administrative support.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in basic office software and administrative systems.
