Scope of Services / Key Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking a Clerical Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across various functions. Responsibilities include:

Assisting with sourcing quotations, preparing purchase orders, goods received notes, certificates of work, and reconciling invoices.

Providing general administrative support, including relief receptionist duties, greeting visitors, and handling mail and packages.

Coordinating mail dispatch, deliveries, driver schedules, and staff service requests via the CS Portal.

Supporting the planning and execution of events, training programs, meetings, and room setup.

Assisting with inventory updates, staff distribution lists, travel records, uniform fittings, and maintaining relevant databases.
Qualifications & Skills:

Strong organizational and clerical skills.

Ability to multitask and provide reliable administrative support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in basic office software and administrative systems.
