Class A CDL Driver

An outstanding full-time opening has become available for a Class A CDL Driver in the greater Elm Grove, WI area. This opportunity is ideal for a Class A licensed commercial driver who has a minimum 3 years’ experience transporting goods from origin-to-destination. This position earns a generous base salary and includes medical and dental insurance, PTO, bonuses and other fantastic perks.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks with a Gross Vehicle Weight over 26,000lbs while pulling a towed weight exceeding 10,000lbs.
• Transport goods, livestock, etc. from the place of origin to assigned destination
• Pick-up loads and organizes goods in an ordered, logical manner while ensuring contents are properly secured inside of the truck to prevent breakage or damage
• Inspect, maintain and service vehicle as needed (refuel, change oil, tire pressure, repairs, etc.) while keeping it clean
• Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions
• Comply with ICC and DOT regulations

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License along with 3+ years of Commercial hauling/driving experience.

• Proficient using GPS and other routing systems
• Clean driving record with no moving violations
• Passing a background check and drug test is REQUIRED
