We are looking to hire a Claims Service Auditor in Los Angeles, CA to be responsible for auditing customer service work (telephone calls, emails and letters) in designated service departments. This position will also be responsible for sharing audit results with management and the Corporate Trainer and working collaboratively with management to develop appropriate customer service standards and coaching materials.
