We are hiring a Claims Attorney and Manager to provide legal representation to personal lines and commercial lines policyholders. This position will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation - pleadings, discovery, motions, settlement analysis and renegotiations, trial and appeal.

Requirements:
- JD from accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania - preferred license in Delaware and/or Maryland preferred
- 6+ years' experience high volume insurance defense litigation experience
- 3+ years' experience leadership role

$115,000 - $135,000 salary plus competitive benefits
