This position will serve as an important liaison between the independent insurance agency’s clients and insurance carriers throughout the duration of the workers’ compensation claim process. The Advocate will oversee the process, work with all parties to provide successful, expedited resolutions to claims. The Claims Advocate will communicate with insureds/clients, producers and the account management team throughout the process including providing risk management and loss mitigation solutions to prevent future losses.
Experience as a Claims Advocate or Liaison in an agency setting OR 3-5+ years’ experience handling workers’ compensations claims and open to a new opportunity in claims that does not include working a claims desk
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
