Job Description:

Qualifications
• Qualified candidate will have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Capabilities for leading projects to upgrade existing equipment or applications along with integration of new technologies.
• Ability to support a complex voice network with high level of visibility.
• Technical certifications in the specialty area, such as CISCO.
• Additional knowledge of Infoblox, Solarwinds, Riverbed Netprofiler a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Communicate effectively with end users, office managers, leadership, teammates, and vendors.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
• Ability to effectively present information.
• Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
• Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
• Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities
• Monitor, evaluate, and solve potential performance issues.
• Support customers and employees via email, telephone, and face-to-face interaction.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the installation, administration, and maintenance of voice or network infrastructure.
• Demonstrate a high level of competency in multiple infrastructure services.
• Interact and manage vendors and service providers.
• Under general to broad supervision, manages and allocates infrastructure resources by monitoring and maintaining system platforms in support of information technology operations.
• Provides primary support and system administration for network hardware and software such as web applications and wide area network’s (WAN) systems.
• May also install and administer application software and manage the middleware component.
• Troubleshoots and resolves system service failures by identifying and analyzing the situation and provides corrective actions.
• Develops, installs, and tests new network hardware and software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems.
• Monitors systems activities and fine tunes system parameters and configuration to optimize performance and ensure security of systems.
• Provides expertise on decisions and priorities regarding systems architecture.
• Engages with application development teams on current infrastructure projects
