About the Company: We are currently working with a reputable service company in the chimney industry. With a single location in Southern NH, they are one of the largest and oldest chimney cleaning companies in New England. The company has a strong customer base consisting primarily of residential customers. They are dedicated to providing top-notch service and have a workforce of 30 employees.
The Role: We are seeking an experienced Chimney Technician for a position based in Southern NH. Reporting to the operations manager, you will play a crucial role in providing chimney cleaning and repair services to residential customers. As a Chimney Technician, your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, performing maintenance, and recommending necessary repairs. This is a field technician role that requires physical labor, climbing, and lifting.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of chimney technician experience and hold a CSIA or CCP certification. Additional certifications such as NFI or gas piping would be a plus. You must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test. The role offers a competitive base salary range of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience, along with commission on upsells and repair work sold onsite. Benefits include health and dental coverage, HSA contribution, Short-term disability (STD), and a 401k match. A company vehicle is provided for travel within a 100-mile radius.
