- Trusted partner to CEO. Strategizes with the CEO on overarching goals and priorities. Manages commitments, schedule, travel, communication, and information flow to meet goals and priorities. Act as “air traffic controller” reviewing and briefing the CEO on incoming requests and opportunities. Handles or delegates activities and requests that don’t align with goals and priorities. Ensures the CEO’s activities and information are optimized to fulfill professional and personal commitments.
- Facilitating member of the leadership team. Organizes the leadership team to operate to plans and priorities. Organizes meetings with detailed agenda or supports the agenda developed by others, takes effective notes and time activates assignments and follow-ups.
- Supports internal and external communication, decision-making, information management, resource management, and implementation of initiatives across the business.
- Review, design, and execute on improvements to organization structures, system, and processes. Identify knowledge, skills, and process gaps and devise or advise on solutions.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
- Provide HR and operational support. Collaborate with fractional executives and advisors to ensure efficiency and effective engagement and support of those resources.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work - Managing calendars, plans, information, and resources based on clear understanding of needs and goals.
- Communicating Effectively internally and externally.
