Chief Solutions Officer

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Chief Solutions Officer. The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of delivering consulting services in a consulting firm or client services company and have 10+ years of current experience working in a management or leadership role.

Responsibilities of the Chief Solutions Officer

  • Leading, managing and fulfilling all aspects of the post-sales Delivery process, including client onboarding, project management, relationship development and management, deliverable creation, etc.
  • Contributing to enterprise EBITDA targets by driving resource-based utilization targets, managing account-level, project-based P&L, and adhering to approved budgetary and investment standards
  • Fostering and nurturing positive relationships with key stakeholders and leaders across the organization; cascading the company’s vision, mission, and values into personnel management as well as the recruiting and onboarding of new talent
  • Being an intrapreneur who excels at designing and building new operational processes, scaling the Services organization as client volume increases, collaborating on designing new and innovative client solutions, and executing strategies to ensure our high-level of quality is being consistently delivered in all project engagements

    Requirements of the Chief Solutions Officer

    • 15+ years of delivering consulting services in a consulting firm or client services company
    • 10+ years of current experience working in a management or leadership role in a consulting firm or client services company
    • 5+ years of healthcare provider organization experience (i.e. hospitals, physician groups, surgery centers)
    • Bachelor's Degree is required
    • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) is strongly preferred
    • Experience in the below competencies:
      • Leading and managing a team of business consultants responsible for client delivery, client deliverables, and client engagement; responsible for helping to enhance and grow our customer-centric culture
      • Scaling a Services organization that consists of consulting, leadership and advisory services, preferably in a clinically-oriented environment
      • Leading and nurturing a team in setting and achieving quarterly / annual objectives to improve internal processes, develop subject matter expertise, and promote knowledge sharing as well as reusable asset contribution in the team;
      • Overseeing budgetary and financial management requirements; understanding project and account-level economics and maintaining standard margin requirements; candidate should have a diverse background in P&L management, financial oversight, organizational development, and personnel management
      • Designing organizational structures, roles and incentives to align an organization around growth and exceptional client services
      • Monitoring, improving, and communicating KPIs and critical dashboards associated with the performance of our consulting practice
      • Participating in and supporting sales-related efforts; partners with Sales team to provide subject matter expertise during the sales lifecycle; evangelizing the value and outcomes we generate for our clients and the positive contributions we may to client organizations
      • Leveraging sales pipeline to drive capacity and resource planning for Consulting Team; capable of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new consulting resources; effectively mentor and coach consulting resources and drive continuous professional development for the team
      • Maintaining and ensuring high levels of quality across a portfolio of consulting engagements
      • Fostering positive working relationships across the organization; partnering with organizational leadership to define and operationalize existing and new service offerings for clients
