Position Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Strategy

  • Scale revenue to exceed $50 million, with a pathway to $100 million or more.
  • Define and execute strategies for monetizing software capabilities in new and existing markets.
  • Expand revenue across provider organizations, MedTech companies, and registries.
  • Partner with product management to develop innovative pricing models and expand capabilities.
Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Oversee and refine the full revenue lifecycle, from demand generation to new customer acquisition, implementation, and renewals.
  • Build an integrated go-to-market strategy encompassing sales, marketing, customer success, and implementation.
  • Drive a "land and expand" model, focusing on securing multi-year contracts and wallet share growth.
Team Leadership
  • Manage, mentor, and scale a commercial organization currently comprising 43 employees, with further growth expected.
  • Provide vision and leadership to align sales, marketing, account management, and implementation teams for maximum efficiency and impact.
Market Expansion
  • Leverage significant data assets (10M+ patients, 30M longitudinal outcomes) to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Drive expansion into new specialties and markets within existing customer accounts.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience scaling revenue to at least $50 million, ideally $100 million or more.
  • Deep expertise in the healthcare industry, particularly in selling to provider organizations (hospitals and health systems).
  • Familiarity with MedTech and life sciences markets is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing full go-to-market strategies, including demand generation, sales, implementation, and customer success.
  • Expertise in complex, enterprise-level deal cycles and navigating high-stakes negotiations.
  • Strong leadership and team-building experience, with a history of managing large, cross-functional commercial teams.
