Our client is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to join their company. This role will be a critical member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth and overseeing all revenue-generating departments, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer success. As the CRO, you will develop and execute strategies that align with the company’s vision, foster long-term client partnerships, and maximize profitability across the organization’s global operations. This role is instrumental in positioning the company as a leader in the customer experience and technology consulting space, ensuring sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making and strategic market insights. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the following categories.

- A proven track record of driving significant growth in a global business environment.
- Deep expertise in sales, marketing, and business development, in the technology consulting or customer experience sectors
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience leading account management teams, increasing client satisfaction and achieving business targets.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and execute the company’s revenue growth strategy as it aligns with the overall business objectives.
- Sales Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, driving a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure all revenue strategies are grounded in delivering exceptional value to clients and strengthening long-term relationships
- Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, & reporting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including operations, finance, & marketing.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- 15-20 years of relevant sales leadership experience in the Customer Experience and Technology industries.
- Proven experience of leading a CX BPO sales organization.
- Experience leading sales teams in organizations ranging from $300M to $500M in annualized revenue.
