Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer for a startup Dedicated to eCommerce, First Mile, Last Mile and Reverse Logistics with the capacity to cover 90% of deliveries of residences and businesses in the US and Canada. They pride themselves on building tools and processes that address pain points in last mile deliver including SAFETY, service, costs, capacity, timeliness, and flexibility. They treat every package like it is their own.
The Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for all revenue generating activities within the company. This includes sales, pricing, customer onboarding and support, and other revenue management departments to ensure that revenue-related functions are operating efficiently. They will lead and develop a full sales team, partner with marketing, and oversee all new business development initiatives. Will represent the voice of the customer in developing and launching new products and service lines. They must work to ensure that all revenue generating functions of the company are in alignment to help the company increase revenue, optimize cost, and maximize profitability.

Background Required:
  • Sales Management (5 yrs)
  • Set and exceed sales quota with a team ($30 million with 4 reps and 1 support)
  • Mentoring and developing consultative sales representatives
  • Pricing Administration (3 yrs)
  • Bids and Request for Proposals (RFP& RFQ)
  • Cost/Price all potential new business opportunities (one-way)
  • Contract Administration
  • Established standard operating procedures for financial reporting
  • Interaction with operations management (KPI’s)
  • CRM (SalesForce, HubSpot, or other sales software)
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Suite and Google Products
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Travel 50%
  • Residence: Work Remote
