- Partner with the leadership team and Board of Directors to set and achieve revenue goals
- Set department strategy and roadmap for achieving company’s revenue goals
- Own the entire revenue organization, from prospecting and closing deals through onboarding and retaining clients
- Develop and optimize processes, playbooks, and systems for consistent revenue success
- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding behavioral health solutions and employer benefits sales motions
- Build and lead a high-performing revenue team with a culture of accountability
- Own revenue reporting by preparing forecasts and KPI tracking to keep an accurate pulse on progress to goals, areas of strengths, and areas for improvement end-to-end across the sales lifecycle.
- Manage our channel partnership strategy, mapping out the key players, prioritizing which types of partnerships, and creating a plan to execute. This will include leveraging the benefits consultant channel.
- Tell stories with data to support leadership in communicating our vision and growth in company updates, board decks, client and investor presentations
- Develop field strategy and represent the company at industry events, conferences, though leadership forums and company hosted events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with to align marketing, product and sales around a cohesive customer value proposition
- Set culture and operating cadence for our commercial motion, inspiring confidence, and velocity across the company
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Have at least 15 years of experience in healthcare sales, specifically working with Chief Medical Officers, Chief Clinical Officers, Chief Innovation Officers and/or Chief Wellness Officers
- Proven track record of navigating enterprise sales cycles in health systems, specifically showcasing the ability to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in and close deals with C-Level decision makers
- Have at least 10 years of progressive prior management experience
- Demonstrated success with selling employer benefits solutions to enterprise clients
- Experience owning packaging and pricing strategy for B2B healthcare or benefits platforms
- Experience building and managing high performing teams at early stage startups, specifically moving from Series A to B and beyond
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding company revenue goals
- Experience tracking and communicating performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels, including board members and prospective investors
- Ability to build relationships cross-functionally within an organization to influence product roadmap and achieve revenue goals
- Experience in mental health is a plus
