Chief Revenue Officer

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join the executive leadership team of a legal insurance organization. The CRO will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating departments, developing strategic initiatives to drive growth, and ensuring the alignment of revenue-related functions. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling revenue within the insurance or employee benefits sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive national marketing and sales strategy to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the existing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement. Develop a strategy to expand the existing team and recruit experienced sales agents
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges
  • Develop growth strategies with the executive team and establish sales goals and KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide regular reporting to peers on the executive team
  • Prospect and close relationships with key target clients and monitor the revenue pipeline and leads

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role. preferably in insurance, legal services, or employee benefits
  • 5+ years of experience driving growth through innovative sales and marketing of non-tangible products both B2B and B2C
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
