THE APPEAL OF THE ROLE:

The new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) role offers a significant opportunity to drive growth in the specialized niche of secure, compliance-focused digital agreements, leveraging the company's strong reputation and established presence in highly regulated industries like financial services and government. The CRO will architect and lead a high-growth revenue strategy rooted in the company's strong foundation of trust and security in the evolving digital agreements space.

  • Strategic Impact: The CRO would be responsible for aligning the entire go-to-market strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success, allowing for a holistic and long-term impact on the company's growth and profitability.
  • Unique Value Proposition: The company’s core differentiator is its deep expertise in security and identity verification, a critical factor for high-value transactions. A CRO can capitalize on this strength to target enterprise clients who prioritize security over generic solutions, a distinct market advantage over competitors.
  • Established Customer Base and Reputation: The company is trusted by a large number of well established enterprises. This provides a solid foundation for an experienced CRO to drive expansion and upsell within existing accounts and attract similar high-profile clients.
  • Market Opportunity: The shift towards secure digital agreements and remote online notarization across various sectors (banking, insurance, healthcare, government) presents significant untapped potential. A CRO can spearhead market expansion into these verticals, particularly where security and compliance are paramount.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: The role allows for implementing and leveraging data analytics and revenue operations (RevOps) to make informed, strategic decisions, moving beyond "gut-based" decisions to build a predictable, scalable revenue engine.
  • High Customer Satisfaction: The company consistently ranks highly in customer satisfaction and support quality compared to its competitors, which makes customer retention and expansion efforts more efficient and effective for a CRO.
  • Innovative Solutions: The company offers innovative technology, such as secure transaction signing and AI-powered identity verification, giving a CRO a strong product suite to bring to market and combat evolving digital fraud threats.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to work closely with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback for additional features, products, etc.

  • Must be a player/coach. As you hit your numbers, you can build out your team. If you can bring anyone with you, then make sure to mention it!

  • Must be someone that can be very hands-on, roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to achieve goals while building and managing the team. Need a player/coach type that leads by example. Need someone that is very self-motivated, hungry, humble and has a great sense of humor.
